    Thermocouple Ceramic Tube – Reliable High-Temperature Protection for Temperature Sensing

    For accurate, long-term temperature measurement in furnaces, smelting furnaces and high-temperature industrial equipment, thermocouple ceramic tubes act as the critical protective sleeve for thermocouple wires.

    We supply three mainstream grades: 95% alumina, 99% alumina, and high-purity pink alumina tubes for ultra-high-temperature working conditions. Sintered under ultra-high temperature with a dense, pore-free texture, they can continuously withstand temperatures from 1400°C to 1600°C, featuring outstanding thermal shock resistance that prevents cracking under frequent heating and cooling cycles.

    With excellent electrical insulation and chemical inertness, these ceramic tubes fully isolate thermocouple wires from corrosive flue gas, molten metals, dust and conductive furnace bodies. They effectively avoid signal drift, short circuits and sensor failure, ensuring stable, precise temperature data transmission without interference.

    Diversified structural options cover solid single-hole, double-hole, three-hole and multi-bore tubes to fit different thermocouple wire layouts. Complete size range includes micro thin tubes, standard straight sleeves, and custom closed-end probe casings and tapered tubes matched with thermocouple junction boxes. Inner and outer walls are precisely polished for smooth threading and easy assembly.

    Widely applied in industrial furnaces, heat treatment ovens, smelting equipment and laboratory high-temperature testing instruments, our thermocouple ceramic tubes extend thermocouple service life and cut equipment maintenance frequency. Standard sizes are in stock, and custom diameters, lengths, closed/tapered ends are supported per customer drawings.
