How to choose Ceramic Terminal Block?
If you are unsure which terminal block to choose, please follow these three steps:
1.Determine the application scenario
• Indoor scenarios (such as household appliances, electronic devices)
• Outdoor/industrial scenarios (such as power equipment, mechanical control)
2.Determine the number of circuits
We offer terminal blocks ranging from 1 to 40 circuits for your selection.
3.Determine the current rating (amperage)
We provide terminal blocks with ratings of 5A, 10A, 15A, 30A, 50A, and 100A.
Important Note: Ensure that the rated current of the terminal block is greater than or equal to the maximum current of the actual circuit to ensure safe usage and prevent overheating, damage, or potential fire hazards due to excessive current.
4.Determine the shape
For terminal blocks with the same number of circuits and amperage, we also offer different shapes for you to choose from.

How to choose the material of insulating ceramics?
If you are not sure which type of insulating ceramic material to choose, you need to make a comprehensive judgment based on the following three steps:
1. Determine the working temperature range
Conventional temperature (≤1100℃): Steatite is preferred for its excellent insulation performance and cost-effectiveness.
High-precision dimensional requirements: It is recommended to use Alumina (Al₂O₃≥95%) instead of Steatite. Alumina has better thermal stability and can meet the requirements of precision processing.
Ultra-high temperature (>1100℃): Alumina-Mullite composite material should be selected. Its high-temperature resistance is significantly better than that of conventional ceramics, and it can operate stably for a long time.
2. Evaluate the need for thermal shock resistance
If the equipment requires frequent temperature cycling between hot and cold or experiences significant temperature fluctuations (such as rapid heating/cooling), cordierite is recommended. Its low coefficient of thermal expansion can effectively resist cracks caused by thermal stress.
3. Other performance requirements
Mechanical strength: Alumina and high-alumina materials have higher hardness and are suitable for load-bearing or wear-resistant scenarios.
Dielectric properties: Talc porcelain and alumina have better insulation and are suitable for high-voltage environments. Quick Comparison Table of Materials
