1Brief

This spiral spray nozzle is integrally sintered from high-performance reaction bonded silicon carbide (RBSiC) ceramic. Different from traditional swirling nozzles with inner vanes, it adopts a special vane-free spiral through-flow channel design. When pressurized fluid flows through the spiral surface, it is sheared and broken to form even hollow cone atomization spray.

Benefiting from silicon carbides excellent chemical inertness and mechanical strength, the nozzle overcomes common defects of metal & plastic nozzles such as clogging, corrosion, abrasive wear and orifice enlargement. It maintains stable atomization effect and spraying efficiency in long-term harsh corrosive working conditions, serving as key consumable for industrial flue gas purification and liquid spraying systems.
