1、Brief
Our welding ceramics series consists of three core products: ceramic welding rings, ceramic welding backings and ceramic welding nozzles. Manufactured from high‑performance special ceramic raw materials by compression molding, sintering and precision grinding, they are indispensable high‑temperature, wear‑resistant and corrosion‑resistant consumables and accessories for welding, thermal spraying and fluid‑conveying industries.
Ceramic welding rings are dedicated protective consumables for automatic submerged arc welding. Installed on the tip of welding nozzle, their radial tooth structure stabilizes shielding gas and isolates air to protect the molten pool. Ceramic welding backings are key consumables for one‑side welding with back‑bead formation. Attached to the reverse side of weld joint, they support molten metal to realize back‑side forming without back gouging. Ceramic welding nozzles are precision‑made of high‑purity composite ceramics. Suitable for MIG/MAG welding, plasma spraying and fluid spraying, they feature long service life and excellent erosion resistance.
The full product range covers standard specifications. Non‑standard customization is available according to customer drawings and working‑condition requirements.
