1. Brief

The Flexible Ceramic Heating Pad is made of high-temperature resistant pink ceramic segments joined into a bendable crawler-style matrix, with built-in alloy heating wire and attached lead-out terminals. It is a flexible resistance heating product that can be wrapped around irregularly shaped workpieces. Relying on the ceramic's insulating and heat-retaining properties, it generates heat when energized. It is mainly used for industrial heating applications such as preheating before welding and post-weld stress-relief heat treatment, and can be easily bent to wrap around cylinders, cones, and curved components.
